At Orin Kade, every fine art print is created with care, intention, and a touch of stillness. Each piece is printed to order, signed, and prepared to become part of your world. Because of this, we ask that you read our return policy carefully.

🌿 Made-to-Order Artwork

Every print is crafted specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

🖤 If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
📷 Include clear photos of the damage in your email, and we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement print, or

  • A full refund

Our goal is simple: you deserve to receive your artwork exactly as it was intended.

✒️ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Fine art prints (unless they arrived damaged)

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the print was damaged upon arrival.

📦 Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for safe return shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrived damaged.
